The ground shook as the two opposing armies charged into one another once more, hundreds dying in seconds. I watched from afar as thousands of soldiers and their Pokémon did battle, attacking each other like raged monsters. This war was smothered in bloodshed.
"J?" Said a voice nearby. It was Henry, a former Pokémon Gym Leader who had joined into the war to aid the injured and bury the deceased. So many would die again today.
"What is it?" I asked, already knowing the answer. More wounded. More who needed help. How could so few nurses and doctors tend to so many on such a mad battlefield? Most people just didn't know anything about being a doctor or a nurse. By Lugia, most people these days didn't know how to read! So it was left to those who volunteered and knew what they were doing. I didn't want to be here but how could I leave?
Led by Henry, I walked past many wounded who I had helped as best as I could. One blind man groaned "Hey, who turned out the lights?". A lady who had turned mad with fright begged people who passed by for ice cream. Another who was in shock, kept on saying, "We should go. Doctor! We should go. Doctor!"
Henry suddenly stopped and looked up. I followed his eyes and saw what had taken his attention. Voltorbs. Lots of them. They were flying threw the sky, ready to explode upon landing on our location. The enemy must have had catapults to launch so many and so far. We barely had seconds to escape.
I shouted to those within earshot to get up and flee, those who couldn't be moved... I had to leave. Most people started moving but I noticed there was one child on the floor who was stuck under a bit of wood debris. I recognised her as Donna, a messenger for the soldiers. I tried to get the wood off from her but there was no time. No time at all. I couldn't leave a child... not like this. Watching people escape, including Henry, I took a deep breath then huddled over the girl, hoping to protect her from the blasts that soon followed.

I woke up, shaking. What a bloody crazy dream that was! What the bloody hell was going on there? It felt so real, seemed so vivid. Was I imagining more things? Oh bloody Pokémon ashes! They were still messing with my head! Those bloody Nurse Joys! Well my head hurt still anyways due to me walking to a BLOODY INVISIBLE WALL yesterday but the dream... that was the Nurse Joy's Drowzee. Yes, I had made my mind up, that whole sacrifice thing was just them messing with my head.
I decided I needed to get away from
I went to the beach and stared aimlessly at the sea, searching for a Pokémon that could help me with surfing. There! A Pikachu was surfing on a board! And a trainer was with them... damn...
Well this wasn't going anywhere.
"I'm the FISHING GURU's older brother! I simply looove fishing! Do you like to fish?" Shouted a brawly man, who walked down the beach in my direction.
I wasn't exactly sure what to say... so I said "Yes." and he smiled, saying, "Grand! I like your style! Take this and fish, young one!" And with that he gave me what he called, the "Good Rod". The man left and I looked at the rod with curiosity. I had never fished in my life before. So... I hit the fish with it? That's probably it.
However, this wasn't much help as I still couldn't surf. In awe and spite, I watched the Pikachu surf with its trainer. I wanted to surf. I wanted to get away from this bloody city. I hoped the Pikachu bloody drowned.
The Safari Zone man came over to me and saw I was getting frustrated by the sights of the many surfers. He said he knew someone who had the HM03 item I needed to teach my Pokémon to surf. The trick of it was that the man who had the item was deep in the Safari Zone. So, I had to bloody pay to get back in there, then bloody find the place where the man was and within 500 steps! Bloody scamming @##[]'$%!!
I growled but paid the bloody fee to enter once again... then bloody walked through the fields, getting odd stares from random trainers as I charged through. Now and then, a Pokémon would try to attack me or want my attention for whatever reason. Pokémon or lure it into a false sense of security until I launched a Pokéball at it, capturing the little monsters so they couldn't bother me anymore. It worked on many, and after a while, I found I had caught 10 Pokémon... bloody things. Soon after that, I bumped into a Lickitung. I laughed, realising it was Andrew's favourite Pokémon. After a few rocks and a little bit of bait, and 3 Pokéballs, I caught it. In your face, you bloody Cool Trainer!
Later on, it started to get dark and I wanted to get some sleep, so I set up camp by a river. After a while, I got hungry, and with nothing nice to eat in my backpack, I decided to give the Good Rod a try. It was actually pretty easy to use. I just held one end and dropped the line into the water, and BITE! A Pokémon was caught. I got a Magikarp, a Poliwag and a Goldeen. After capturing them... I caught a few more to cook them. I made a little fire, using some matches and a bit of wood and grass, then set the fish upon a tray. Once cooked, I placed it all on a plate from my backpack and dug in.
The Magikarp took some getting through to the flesh, but once there, it tasted a real treat. The Poliwag was pretty awful, tasted like rubber (not that I go around eating rubber). Next up was some Goldeen. It was... deliciousss. Sooooooo goooood. I got two more with the rod to eat them. Sooo yummy. I recommend them.
Feeling like I had eaten a good mountain of fish, I let myself go to sleep. Hopefully I wouldn't have any more weird dreams. At this distance, I should be out of range of the Drowzee and the Pokémon Center surely. Either way, I would soon get my hands on the HM03 and bloody get out of Fuchsia City for good.
Hope to see you again soon.
