Pink, Day Something: Bars.

Machoke had been feeling a bit sick this morning.  I wasn't sure what was wrong with him and I had no healing items to give to him.  I ended up going to the shop, letting Purple know I would be gone for a while, which probably meant he would get into trouble at some point today.

Never mind.

Machoke was my primary concern for now.  It was no good having a Pokémon who couldn't stand up straight.  Uncle Gio always told me that if a Pokémon was on its way to die, then it was better off at a Pokémon Center, spending the rest of its days tied to tubes and out of the way.  But I didn't really want to go to the Pokémon Center if I could avoid it.  Those Nurse Joys... they gave me the creeps.  No new information on them yet but Gastly promised me the ghosts at the Lavender Town tower were close to solving a piece of the puzzle.  Still, waiting sucked and it made it more uncomfortable to be around one of those... Nurse Joy people.  Where they people?  Who knew?

Anyways, I managed to make it to the shop all right, but it took me a minute to realise Machoke had collapsed a little while ago.  The poor Pokémon was on the ground wheezing.  I wondered if it was best just to leave it but the shopkeeper saw Machoke and ran out with items in hand.  The man started admininstering medicine right away.  I thought that as long as I wasn't going to have to pay for all that stuff, it would be okay.  Seriously, the man fed the Pokémon like 4 potions, 2 super potions and an antidote.

The shopkeeper said that Machoke had been poisoned by an Ekans some time earlier today.  I tried to recall a time when any of my Pokémon had been near a Ekans but I couldn't.  I wasn't stupid but this shopkeeper seemed pretty annoyed.  How was I supposed to know?  I was trying to help it anyways!  I wouldn't have gone to the shop otherwise.

I returned Machoke to his Pokéball, since he seemed to be feeling better, and turned to leave.  The nerve of that man!  He put his hand on my shoulder and told me that I should always keep an eye on my Pokémon, and make sure they are healthy and other nonsense.  I did care for my Pokémon, I wasn't careless, just a bit tough is all.

Things took a turn for the worse when an Officer Jenny showed up to investigate... and recognised me!  I had completely forgot about Wooper.

Soon I found myself in jail for avoiding court for buying Wooper illegally.  My Pokémon were in their balls across the room on the Officer's desk.

Next time I have a sick Pokémon, I'm giving it to Purple.  He'll probably kill it eventually but at least I won't suffer the consequences.

I BLOODY HATE OFFICER JENNY!

All I get is one phonecall and access to a pen and paper.  I will post all this on the blog as soon as I have access to the internet.

Its funny, I never really wanted to do blogging but I am enjoying it now.  Ohhh Purple, I wonder if you will come for me.  Pfff... he is probably going to end up in the cell next to me at some point.

Keep on running from the cops.
