Pink Joy, Johto Day 1: A Woman Chooses, A Slave Obeys

I'm awake, alive even.  Yeah, my lungs work.  That's good.

There's water everywhere and a few dead people.  I can't fix dead people.  Looks like I'm ready to leave.

Except…

The ship is underwater!  When did this happen?

ROOOOOAAARRR!

The sound came from around the corner of a corridor.  To my dismay, there was nowhere to hide so I had to stand and wait for whatever was coming.  Along with the growl, there were heavy footsteps of metal.

And then I saw it.  It was a giant Pokémon with a huge drill on his arm and a rivet gun held by the other, and it moved sluggishly, eyeing the area around it when he saw me.  I froze in the spot and the creature stopped before me, placing down its gun for a moment while it gave me a syringe of some kind.  I took it gingerly, eyeing its contents with trepidation.  Upon closer inspection, it contained blood, so everything is all right.

The large Pokémon, (a Golurk the Pokédex said) gestured for me to follow (while picking up its gun), so slowly, I followed the Pokémon, wondering what to make of it all.  As we went down the corridors of the ship where water and dead people were floating about amongst broken bits of furniture, I thought about a way off the ship.  There had to be somewhere I could go.

Ring ring ring…

My phone was ringing.  At first, I thought it was Uncle Gio but when the man spoke, he introduced himself as P-Body.  He asked me, "Would you kindly head to the helm?".  He seems like a nice guy so I obliged.
